High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Strong hands-on experience with PCB inspection, SMT components, and rework.

Knowledge of ESD requirements and proper handling procedures.

Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

Experience using ERP systems - EPICOR required.

Pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks, where permitted by law.

Proof of employment authorization will be required.

IPC-J-STD-001 and/or IPC-610 certification (or ability to obtain).

Experience in RF, electronics, or defense-related manufacturing environments.

Experience with nonconformance documentation and basic inspection metric tracking.
