Minimum four year college degree in a technical discipline or commensurate experience.
Minimum of 3 years of production supervisory experience in high and low volume environments where multiple shifts of operation were in play.
Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and good PC skills.
Standing: Occasionally required to stand and perform tasks for up to approximately 2 hours at a time, 5 days per week
Sitting: Frequently required to remain in a stationary position and perform desk-based or production tasks for up to approximately 2 hours at a time, 5 days per week
Walking: Frequently required to walk moderate distances across the S and C campus multiple times per day, 5 days per week
Lifting and Carrying: Infrequently required to solo lift and/or carry items ranging in weight from 5 lbs to 40 lbs, exercising sound judgement to employ manual handling or machine lifts where required and risk assessments, if appropriate
Low Posture: Infrequently required to perform tasks using a low posture including but not limited to stooping, bending, crawling, crouching, kneeling or squatting
Position Self/ Move: Occasionally required to position self to perform tasks involving but not limited to reaching, twisting, rotating, and pushing/pulling
Manual Dexterity: Occasionally required to use hand-eye coordination to control both hands and arms for a full range of motion to operate equipment/machinery/power tools
Ascending/ Descending: Infrequently ascending or descending ladders and stairs
Observation/ Eyesight: Frequently required to observe details at close range including depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to differentiate between colors
Communication: Continuously required to talk and hear, in person and by phone/conference calls, using oral expression to communicate information
