5+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst within the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC)

Experience with the Western Hemisphere AOR, including regional stability, transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), state and non-state threat actors, and geopolitical dynamics

Knowledge of IC analytical tools, databases, and message handling systems such as M3/AMHS, Palantir, i2 Analyst Notebook, MIDB, and TAC

Ability to adhere to ICD 203 analytical tradecraft standards

Education: BS/BA; U.S. Army MEL IV qualified or equivalent

Required Experience: 12+ years of related experience, Field Grade Officer, Warrant Officer or Senior NCO;

Required Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with staff planning, OPORD / technical writing/editing and content management in one or more Warfighting Function (WfF); Advanced proficiency with Adobe, SharePoint and MS 365 to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams. Familiarity with the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC); Demonstrated understanding of Command and Control Systems (C2IS); Expert knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP); Experience writing Brigade and above OPORDs; Strong understanding of the Operational Environments (OE) utilizing DATE.

Security Clearance: SECRET clearance required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI

5+ years of experience with Intelligence Collection Management

3+ years of experience with SIGINT operations, cryptologic support, or SIGINT requirements management

Experience with standard Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD SIGINT databases, requirements systems, and tools such as NCI, RIGHTMS, GIMS, and classified requirements management architectures

Knowledge of the Western Hemisphere AOR, including primary adversarial threat communications and regional dynamics

Knowledge of USSID policies and SIGINT compliance protocols

Active TS/SCI clearance

Willingness to take a polygraph exam

HS diploma or GED

TS/SCI clearance is required.

Experience producing weekly SIGINT collection posture and effectiveness reports

Ability to conduct evaluation of SIGINT reports

Ability to brief senior leadership as required
