A demonstrated track record of taking consumer hardware (ideally battery-operated, wireless) from concept to shipped product

8+ years of hands-on embedded electronics design experience, including complex mixed-signal and RF system

Expert knowledge of electronic circuit design (especially battery-operated, RF devices), simulation, PCB layout, verification, and debug

Expert-level Altium PCBA design skills, including library/component management and Altium 365

Prior experience with firmware/embedded software development (C/C++) sufficient to collaborate closely with firmware engineers on hardware/software integration

Solid knowledge of serial communication protocols including I2C, SPI, SMBus, CAN, and PWM

Working knowledge of FCC wireless standards and debugging techniques, and experience taking consumer products through UL/Demko safety certification

Knowledge of battery chemistries and charge/discharge properties

Knowledge of DC motor control techniques and circuits

Experience with multiboard, flex, and harness design across a full system (not just a single board)

BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
