Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace

Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

Each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 hours per week

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred

Medical office, pharmacy, or non-clinical medical experience is very helpful

$65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Experience providing technical support in a desktop, help desk, or service desk environment.

Strong knowledge of operating systems, desktop hardware, and business productivity applications.

Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, name resolution, and network connectivity concepts.

Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues.

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Industry-recognized IT certifications.

Experience supporting Linux-based systems or embedded computing devices.

Familiarity with network monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, or systems management tools.

Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or operational technology environments.

Due to the nature of our customer base, fluency in English (speaking and understanding) is required.

Be at least 21 years old.

Hold a valid driver's license.
