Test Technician
3+ years of experience as a Technician, Engineering Technician, or related hands-on technical role.
Experience working within a medical device, aerospace, or similarly regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with hand tools, precision tools, and test equipment.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and procedures.
Comfortable assembling small, intricate components with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Desire to learn and grow into broader engineering responsibilities.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.
