Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience in:
* Airline catering
* Food manufacturing
* Food production
* Hospitality operations
* High-volume manufacturing environments
Experience leading hourly, frontline production employees.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Ability to analyze productivity and labor performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based applications.
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
