This position has a starting pay range of $13.75 to $14.25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

OSHA 10 and Forklift Certification Card
Minimum of 7+ years of advanced experience in commercial masonry leadership
Proven track record of running multi-million dollar masonry projects from start to finish
Expert-level proficiency in reading blueprints, interpreting specs, and performing full-building layouts
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and “own the job” without day-to-day oversight or micromanagement
Strong track record of planning ahead (materials, manpower, sequencing) and staying 1–2 weeks ahead of the job at all times
Ability to make real-time field decisions under pressure while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety standards
