MSHA 48 Required

Previous industrial pipefitting experience

Experience working with 316 stainless steel

Experience with 1/4"-1-1/2" pipe/tubing

Ability to read and understand isometric drawings and piping plans

Strong measuring, layout, and fit-up skills

Familiarity with valves, fittings, supports, and process piping systems

Strong pipefitting skills

Experience working with stainless process piping

Experience preparing pipe for TIG welding is preferred

OSHA 10 certification is a plus

Experienced with small-diameter stainless process piping

2nd Shift

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Some Manufacturing and Assembly Knowledge

Experienced with Tool

Operators must provide their own small hand tools as required by the Team.

Forklift experience preferred.

1st Shift

Pass tack weld test in 3F and 4F positions with F4 electrode group.

Be qualified welder (class "C").

High school education or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of ASIC code of standard practices and AWS D1.1 Chapter 3 (workmanship).

Ability to read tape measure to 1/16" increments and add / subtract dimensions.

Ability to read weld symbols and basic knowledge of structural steel fasteners.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Should be knowledgeable in procedures 401, 402, 403, 404, 405.

Two or more years experience in manufacturing in the steel fabrication industry.

Proficiency and use of Software, equipment, machines, tools, electronic device necessary for job: Squares (combination, bevel, frame), 90° angle grinder, crane, torch, impact wrench, radiograph/track torch, reamers, and magnetic drills.
