I would target candidates with roughly 1 to 3+ years of desktop support, field service, deskside support, or IT support experience.

Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving issues with laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and other end-user technology.

Experience troubleshooting Windows environments, applications, software issues, configurations, and general end-user problems.

Experience working directly with users while properly documenting issues in a ticketing system.

Training will be provided

Training will be provided in both shipping operations and calibration procedures.

Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Occasional overtime may be required based on workload and operational needs.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.

Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.

Dependable attendance

Ability to repeatedly lift and move equipment or packages weighing at least 50 lbs.

Ability to handle heavier equipment with assistance or appropriate lifting equipment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move equipment throughout much of the workday.

Ability to perform detailed hands-on work with small tools and precision measuring instruments.

Ability to safely package, move, and handle delicate or heavy customer equipment.

High School Diploma and 2 years of work experience or equivalent experience

Manufacturing experience

Ability to mine data and visually display

This specific position requires US citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

Mechanical background with an understanding of electrical components and Circuit Card Assemblies.

Experience with Oracle systems, FLX factory Logix, PowerBI and/or Apex is a plus.

Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming Material.

Familiarity with IPC J-STD-001 Standard Soldering Requirements.

Experience with use of inspection gages and measuring equipment.

Experience with root cause corrective action investigations.

Experience with metric trending.

We are willing to provide calibration-specific training to candidates with applicable technical experience and strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
