High School Diploma or GED
0–2 years of machining experience preferred
Knowledge of machining principles and manufacturing processes
Basic knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to regularly push/pull up to 20 lbs. and lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment with moderate to high noise levels and work overtime as needed to meet production demands
