Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems remotely and in person
Manage service records, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules using SAP and Verizon Connect
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on heavy equipment both on-site and in-house
Follow all departmental safety protocols and company compliance policies
The Service Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining heavy equipment, conducting inspections, and providing remote troubleshooting support.
Travel to customer locations as needed, including emergency service calls
Conduct incoming inspections for all rental equipment, including rope inspections using Scope equipment
Perform visual inspections to ensure equipment aesthetics and presentation meet company standards
