Extensive and documented knowledge of industrial transformers, LVMCC, HVMCC, and complex electrical systems
Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Code, NFPA 70E, and electrical safety standards
The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
High school diploma or GED
10+ years of experience managing electrical personnel in industrial or manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to drive multi-project production results
Journeyman or Masters Electricians License.
5+ years' experience mentoring foremen and developing leadership capabilities in team members
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
