Strong project management skills
Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, specs, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations

Prior experience in a retail based environment , a contract manufacturing or manufacturing environment. ( Prefer at least 3- 5 years )
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information
Excellent customer relationship, project management experience and a strong ability to solve complex problems effectively to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
Strong mathematical skills as well as the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), experience with Microsoft Outlook and overall comfort with technology
Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner

Ability to problem solve.
Ability to supervise, teach and motivate staff; willingness to perform any task that is required and possess good safety habits.
A high degree of construction field expertise will be required.
Familiarity with all facets of construction, including earthwork, drainage, framing, finishes and all mechanicals is a must.
Strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet critical time deadlines are crucial to this position.
The person in this position must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, with other members of the construction department and with third-party contractors and tradesman, as well as with company owners and managers, and all other office team members.
A minimum of ten years' experience in construction, including large-scale multi-family residential and/or commercial construction, is required for this position.
Required to have or get upon employment OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certification
