The role requires working on-site in the office five days per week initially, with the potential for a hybrid arrangement (up to two remote days per week) after approximately two to three months, once dependability and performance are demonstrated.

0–2 years of drafting experience in a professional or academic setting.

Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D or similar CAD tools for mechanical drafting and design.

Ability to use 2D Configura software or willingness to quickly learn a CAD platform similar to AutoCAD.

Strong mechanical drafting skills and understanding of basic engineering and design principles.

Ability to interpret and work from engineering blueprints and technical drawings.

Drafting certificate or Associate of Science (AS) degree in drafting or a related field.

Experience with AutoCAD 2D gained either through formal education or on-the-job training.

Experience supporting automotive or industrial clients is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple design tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Commission and performance bonuses, when applicable

Salary Range : $55000 per year to $60000 per year

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Four year's experience in the housing industry

One to two years related experience and/or training

Equivalent combination of education and experience

Basic computer skills required

Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Be able to work overtime, weekends, and night hours (emergencies).

Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement.

Bachelor's degree preferred

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

$70,000 – $120,000+ per year (commissions + residual)
