Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace

Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

At least 8GB of RAM, with at least 4GB available for use

A processor capable of reliably running all required software and programs simultaneously

Up-to-date antivirus software

Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels

A USB noise-cancelling headset

A webcam for your Certification experience

A smart phone to facilitate dual-factor authentication

You are eligible to contract with NexRep if you reside in one of these states: AL, AK, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, or WY.

We do not currently contract with anyone outside of the US.

Each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 hours per week

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred

Medical office, pharmacy, or non-clinical medical experience is very helpful

Strong foundation in actuarial modeling, pricing, and risk analysis within property/casualty insurance

Experience analyzing portfolio performance, profitability, and business drivers

Ability to work with incomplete or evolving datasets

Experience working with data tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar)

7+ of actuarial, pricing, or analytical experience within insurance or reinsurance

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field required

Experience in property, E&S;, or specialty lines strongly preferred

Exposure to MGA / delegated underwriting environments a plus

Progress toward CAS credential (ACAS/FCAS) or equivalent actuarial qualification preferred
