High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or apprentice certification desired
Minimum of 3+ years related production experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in reading and interpreting blue prints, drawings and specifications
Experience with electrical and manual tools
Demonstrated ability to understand and follow through on verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of safety standards
Self-motivated and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and flexibility to shift priorities based on the organizations' needs
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Dependability, integrity and professionalism are essential
The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
