Associate's degree in Food Science, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5 years of experience in quality assurance within food manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of SQF, GMPs, HACCP principles, internal auditing processes, food safety systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.
