Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field (Aerospace, Electrical, or Systems Engineering referred) and 4 years professional work experience OR Master's degree in Engineering and 2 years professional work experience
Ability to lead and drive documentation changes to completion
Ability to public speak and present confidentally to customer and large groups of stakeholders, both virtually and in-person (This is vital to perform this role successfully)
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills, and takes initiative
Excelent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with various teams internally
Strong understanding of engineering principles
Capable to adeptly research and understand SWS interface data requirements using SSP documentation available to BAE Systems
Innovative & Determined mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to obtain a clearance
