After-hours or emergency support

Practical experience supporting SAP Business One in a business or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of inventory, warehouse and goods movement transactions.

Ability to troubleshoot ERP, hardware, printing, scanning and network-related problems.

Experience supporting Windows PCs and business applications.

Working knowledge of Ethernet networks, TCP/IP, switches, routers and firewalls.

Experience with barcode printers and scanners.

Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing-floor environments.

Willingness to perform hands-on installation, maintenance and troubleshooting work.

The position requires flexibility and availability for after-hours or emergency support when manufacturing critical systems are affected.

SAP Business One in a manufacturing environment

SAP B1 production, inventory and warehouse processes

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

RFID-based inventory or traceability systems

Industrial barcode and labeling systems

ERP integrations and SQL databases/reporting

Windows Server and network administration

Firewall configuration, CCTV/NVR systems and electronic access-control systems

Industrial Ethernet networks
