High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 months manufacturing or other related experience (if lacking minimum months of experience, we will train you through our temporary agency before full time employment)
Strong manual dexterity requiring fine finger manipulation and hand steadiness
Willingness to work on various product groups and work flexible shifts
Read and understand drawings, work instructions and test procedures
Understand standard units of measure and to set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices
Perform standard software operations including SAP
Regularly perform work that requires magnification
Concentrate for prolonged periods of time
Infrequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds without assistance
Infrequently stand in a stationary position
Use power and hand tools, and custom tooling
Work in a team environment and effectively communicate with various levels within the organization including training of new associates and temporary agency assignments
Organize and prioritize work and operate at a level that meets or exceeds quality and productivity standards for the work area
Ability to wear ANSI Z87 approved safety glasses, steel toe shoes, lab coat, sleeves, gloves, and other PPE as required per Job Safety Analysis
