Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation and perform standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty, and loud manufacturing environments.
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and bump caps as needed.
Ability to maintain sanitary work practices and comply with all safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and alternative schedules as business needs require.
