Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field

5-7 years of experience in owner's representative, program/project management, or in-house corporate real estate roles

Working knowledge of interior construction scopes

Ability to interpret shop drawings, material submittals, and schedules to support PM oversight and compliance tracking

Working knowledge of architectural/interior/MEP drawings; understanding of PM methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Ideally supporting premium interior construction

Experience supporting RFQ/RFP and contract coordination

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Adobe/Photoshop and Smartsheet

Experience aggregating data and implementing dashboards utilizing AI tools

Minimum three years related hospitality management (or related field) experience required

Customer experience required
