Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, winding diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
Good understanding of wire sizes, coil turns, insulation materials, and winding techniques.
Experience using hand tools, winding fixtures, soldering equipment, and basic measuring instruments.
Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand operations.
Must be flexible to work long hours including weekends as needed.
Ability to lift and move materials and components as required.
Must have good dexterity
Pulling coils around electric motor
Ability to use your hands to tie different size of tape
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
Ability to work with small wires, coils, insulation materials, and mechanical components.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
