7-10 years of progressive manufacturing/process engineering experience, including direct ownership of NPI and new process/test set-up.

Demonstrated experience designing manufacturing layouts and test fixtures/equipment for new products.

Working knowledge of electronic components, wiring/harnessing, and electrical test methods; able to read schematics and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies.

Experience managing supplier relationships and resolving supplier quality/process issues tied to new designs.

Detailed knowledge in job traveler and routing setup principles.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, ERP/MRP platforms, and CAD or statistical software.

Knowledge of electro-mechanical actuator design and manufacturing.

Knowledge of machining and assembly processes.

Knowledge of the valve/flow control industry.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Employee must possess ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.

Travel expected is approximately 33% of working time and is typically planned well in advance.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Systems Engineering (or similar) from an ABET-accredited institution.

Minimum 13 years of electrical engineering experience encompassing circuit/system design, analysis, and project lifecycle management.

Proficiency with CAD/EDA tools for electrical schematic and wiring diagram development (AutoCAD Electrical, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, Zuken, or similar).

Demonstrated experience with low voltage systems, sensor integration, and wiring harness design.

Strong ability to read and produce electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harness drawings, and technical specifications.

Ability to work in field environments, including industrial and outdoor settings, as required.

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S government security clearance.

US Citizenship is required to obtain a U.S government security clearance.

Background in aerospace, defense, shipboard, or energy sector programs.

Experience leading design reviews (PDR/CDR) and managing electrical hardware through formal change control processes.

Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is a plus.

Knowledge of applicable safety and design standards such as NFPA 70E, MIL-STD-461 (EMC), or MIL-HDBK-522.

Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers or technicians.

Schedule primarily M-F, hours will align with maintenance department.

Availability may be required outside normal work hours if mechanical or reliability issues arise, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 5 years' field experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

HS Diploma or equivalent.

Strong working knowledge of electrical power distribution, MCCs, motors, drives, PLCs, DCS, and industrial instrumentation.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting I&E; equipment.

Solid knowledge of rotating equipment and mechanical maintenance practices.

Experience using maintenance management database systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, loop diagrams, P&IDs;, mechanical drawings, and OEM manuals.

Ability to respond appropriately during site emergencies as directed by site emergency manager.

Capable of evacuating manufacturing process areas in a timely manner in an emergency.

Able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment when working or visiting within the manufacturing process area. May include hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes, or other equipment as required by work performed and location where work is performed.

Able to perform physical activities including walking in and around a manufacturing facility, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting 25 lbs., or reaching depending on work activity required.

Travel within Texas or around the United States for required training to perform job properly may be required.

A valid driver's license to operate plant vehicles if need arises.

Must be authorized to work in the US.

Preferably Maximo.

Prior experience supporting maintenance planning for pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment.

Basic mechanical maintenance background is desirable.

Prior roles in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing facilities.

Familiarity with reliability tools such as RCA, FMEA, and condition-based maintenance.

Knowledge of applicable safety standards, codes, and regulations (NFPA, OSHA).
