Minimum of **one year of hands-on experience** operating CNC lathe and mill machines.
**High school diploma** or equivalent, with relevant experience and/or formal technical training.
Ability to **comply with safety standards** and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in **interpreting blueprints, specifications, and related documentation** to ensure products meet required standards.
Ability to **edit and adjust existing CNC programs**.
Strong **hands-on problem-solving skills** to identify production issues and implement effective solutions.
Experience with **quality inspection and metrology** , including calipers, micrometers, gauges, dial indicators, and visual inspection methods.
Ability to **read and understand blueprints, routings, and shop aids**.
Strong **mathematical aptitude** and problem-solving skills.
**Effective communication skills** and basic computer literacy.
Ability to **multitask, prioritize, and adapt** in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while making timely decisions.
Ability to **perform repetitive tasks** on a daily basis with consistency and accuracy.
Strong **organizational skills** with attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to **work overtime** , including Saturdays, up to 20 hours per week as needed.
