* Bachelor's degree in business or a technical degree (engineering or maintenance, etc.) with 8 years of power plant experience with at least 3 years commercial or military nuclear experience in engineering, maintenance, operations, or work management OR * Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 8 years of power plant experience with at least 3 years commercial or military nuclear experience in engineering, maintenance, operations, or work management OR * Associate's degree in business or a technical degree (engineering or maintenance, etc.) with 10 years of power plant experience with at least 3 years commercial or military nuclear experience in engineering, maintenance, operations, or work management OR * High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power plant experience with at least 3 years commercial or military nuclear experience in engineering, maintenance, operations, or work management

Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Current or previous SRO license or certification

Previous outage execution experience

Shutdown Safety Program knowledge

Supervisory or managerial experience

Expert level working knowledge of AS9/P6/Maximo
