Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.

18+ years of experience in a technical/engineering environment

At least 5+ years in a leadership role focused on engineering management and leading other people managers.

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, software engineering principles, anti-tamper cybersecurity and functional execution in regulated industries.

Demonstrated experience contributing to and aligning engineering strategy and execution with broader business and programmatic goals.

Experience shaping organizational direction through technical leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Deep expertise in software development, especially object-oriented design, UML, and embedded systems.

Proficient in C/C++, Java, and tools like VS Code, DOORS, Git, SVN, and PTC Integrity Modeler.

Experience with multiple development methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Spiral.

Willingness to travel up to 10% in support of program and business efforts.

Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance.

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Anticipated Salary Range: $75,867.00 - $108,381.00

Experience in various embedded programming languages (e.g. Embedded C/C++, C/C++)

Experience in industry-standard systems engineering documentation methods such as user stories, SYSML, Agile and supporting tools such as Doxygen, Bamboo, JIRA

Knowledge in Model Based Systems Engineering. Use of tools such as Cameo, Doors, Rhapsody, etc.

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Ability to obtain and maintain a secret government security clearance.

Currently hold a U.S. security clearance.

Experience in the DoD contractor space, especially maritime.

Experience with the C/C++/Python/Matlab programming

Experience with Cameo and MBSE tools.

Experience in leading junior software engineers.

Experience with RF communication links and/or radio systems

Starting salary range for position: $96,000 - $144,000

Bonus: Annual – Based upon individual contribution and overall, Company performance.

Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

7+ years' of previous experience in corrugated manufacturing industry.

5+ years' previous experience in a supervisory capacity at a corrugated manufacturing facility.

Established knowledge of corrugated and packaging manufacturing machinery, concepts, practices, and procedures including continual improvement processes and safety practices.

Working knowledge of computer systems including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software as well as experience with manufacturing systems including shop floor software.

Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
