At least five years of operations management experience
NC and SC Licensed Electrician
Experience growing a team or department
Basic computer skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
Valid local driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Acceptable criminal background record
Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results
Reliable and punctual attendance
While performing the duties of this job the employee is infrequently required to stand, walk, kneel, climb, bend, stoop, balance, crouch, sit for extended amounts of time.
The employee is also required to use hands to finger or feel objects, tools and controls; reach with hands and arms; talk, see and speak.
The employee must infrequently lift one's own bodyweight to climb up attic scuttle holes and be able to crawl through tight crawl spaces.
