3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.
Experience operating forklifts and warehouse material handling equipment.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
Ability to read shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists, and inventory reports.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly; heavier items with assistance or equipment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and industrial environments.
High school diploma or equivalent.
