4+ years of experience working in a DoD or federal government environment
Experience providing onboarding support and guiding new employees throughout the onboarding process
Experience working on Capitol Hill as a Congressional Staffer or Navy Office of Legislative Affairs
Experience with the Congressional Authorization and Appropriations process, the DoD legislative process, including program objective memorandum (POM) preparation, Budget Estimate Submissions (BES), President's Budget (PB) Exhibit preparation, and working around senior Congressional staff and Navy officials
Knowledge of the ETMS2 tasking system
Top Secret clearance
