Master's degree in human services
Three years of related experience with one year experience in clinical supervision.
** _Maryland CFS:_** Master's degree in social work and Board Certification as a Supervisor.
** _North Carolina CFS Intensive Outpatient:_** Education and experience as identified below to meet state requirements as a Qualified Professional. Ability to demonstrate competence as required by the North Carolina Administrative Code.
Licensure and/or certification as required by state
Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services.
** _Maryland CFS:_** LCSW-C
** _North Carolina CFS Intensive Outpatient:_** This positon is the Qualified Professional and is required to hold one of the following licenses:
An individual who holds a license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession, except a registered nurse who is licensed to practice in the State of North Carolina by the North Carolina Board of Nursing who also has four years of full-time accumulated experience in mh/dd/sa with the population served;
A graduate of a college or university with a Master's degree in a human service field and has one year of full-time, pre- or post-graduate degree accumulated supervised mh/dd/sa experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional who has one year of full-time, pre- or post-graduate degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling;
A graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field and has two years of full-time, pre- or post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised mh/dd/sa experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional who has two years of full-time, pre- or post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling;
A graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a field other than human services and has four years of full-time, pre- or post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised mh/dd/sa experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional who has four years of full-time, pre- or post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling.
Travel as needed
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work
