Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
PPAP knowledge and experience preferred.
Understanding of change management processes.
Understanding of Lean and 6 Sigma Tools.
Experience leading large capex projects or new product development projects (PRO-Launch).
The ideal candidate would have 3 to 5 years' experience in process development.
Understanding of fluid conveyance related products, manufacturing techniques, and material science.
Strong project and time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from production associates to the leadership team.
Knowledge of standard manufacturing process in an Aerospace environment preferred.
