8+ years of experience in cost management, project controls, construction analytics, or advisory roles supporting large capital projects.

2+ years of people management experience (direct reports) and/or demonstrated experience leading and developing others in a team environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is required (data modeling, DAX, and Power Query/M).

Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, dataflows, semantic layer design) and working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure/Fabric/Snowflake).

Exposure to data governance, version control, or metadata management.

Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, validation, and analysis.

Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6.

Experience with cost management systems such as EcoSys and/or Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP/cost tools).

Candidates with advanced degrees or professional certifications/accreditations in Data, Cost Management, Schedule, Construction Management, or related fields are preferred.
