Preventative Maintenance: Demonstrated experience developing, performing, and improving Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs.

Hydraulics & Pneumatics: Proficient in troubleshooting, system setup, and operational diagnostics for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Skills Assessment: Must be able to successfully complete the company's Maintenance Skills Assessment covering mechanical, machining, hydraulic/pneumatic, and fabrication competencies.
Machining & Fabrication: Experienced in machining operations including lathe and mill, as well as fabrication skills such as layout and welding.
Must have an Oregon State issued Millwright Journeyman license
