High school diploma (GED)
1+ years of experience in community outreach, (ex: health care, public health, Medicaid, social services, nonprofit organizations, community relations, or a related field)
1+ years of experience developing and maintaining partnerships with community-based organizations
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%) throughout Kentucky, including occasional evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation for field-based community outreach activities
Must reside within Fayette County or surrounding areas
Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
