YouTube – You have managed a business YouTube channel, understand YouTube SEO inside and out, know how to grow an audience, and can back it up with results
Google Business Profile – You have fully set up, optimized, and actively managed a Google Business Profile for a business, including review management, posting strategy, and local SEO
Experience managing Facebook and Instagram for a business with a focus on growth and engagement
Proven ability to create, schedule, and optimize content that drives real business results
Comfortable on camera and skilled at short-form video creation and editing, Reels, YouTube Shorts, CapCut, or similar
Strong graphic and print design skills using Canva
Excellent written communication across captions, blogs, emails, and newsletters
Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new platforms and AI tools
Experience with Trello, Google Workspace, and CRM systems is a plus
Strong self-management, able to prioritize and execute without being micromanaged
Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven
Positive, professional, and collaborative team player
Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
