3–5+ years of industry experience

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and job specifications

Proficiency operating heavy equipment

Willingness to perform labor tasks when equipment operation is not required

Valid driver's license required

Ability to work outdoors and travel as needed

CDL preferred or willingness to obtain

The starting pay for this position is $20.00 an hour and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.

This is a safety sensitive position; when working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.

High School diploma or equivalent required

Complete a selection assessment

Pre-employment drug screen

1 year of experience preferred but willing to train and invest in the right candidate

Proven experience working in a manual laborer environment in outside weather conditions strongly preferred

Vaid driver's license with the ability to drive a company vehicle strongly preferred
