Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent required
7-10 years of intensive and progressive sales experience with a success track record required
Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the rigid plastics packaging industry.
Deep understanding of the industry and market trends
Proficiency in using CRM systems
Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
Ability to identify and resolve sales issues.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel as necessary up to 60%
Frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear
Occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
