Sign-on bonuses are paid in 3 equal payments according to the following schedule: payment 1 processes 30 days following the date of hire, payment 2 processes 60 days following the date of hire, payment 3 processes 90 days following the date of hire. Successful completion of background check

1-3 years management experience required

Sit, stand, and walk continuously

Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including the use of ladders

Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead

Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation

Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing

Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, knives, fryers, and potentially hazardous equipment

Restaurant management experience preferred

Starting salary range for position: [$85,000 -$125,000].

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent education and experience required

A minimum of 5-10 years of related experience.

Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and AutoCAD.

Successful completion of drug screening is required

Authorization to work in the U.S.

Pulp & Paper industry experience preferred.

2nd Shift

Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.

High school diploma or equivalent required

1 Year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Must pass a background and drug screen

Have valid U.S. work authorization

Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.

Availability for overtime are essential job functions.

Motor manufacturing experience preferred.
