Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
3-5 years of experience in production planning, materials management, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools for data-driven decision-making.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Kanban, and PFEP (Plan for Every Part).
Knowledge of inventory management techniques, safety stock calculation, and demand planning.
