Minimum 6+ months of hands-on experience managing challenging, aggressive, or maladaptive behaviors in K–12, ABA, or care settings (required).

Comfort and willingness to support students across Pre-K–12th grade, including high school and young adult learners (18+) when assigned.

Pay: $24 per hour, paid weekly.

Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, including implementing written Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), token economies, prompt hierarchies, and Functionally Equivalent Replacement Behaviors.

Applicants must have professional proficiency in English

Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the classroom throughout the day

Able to lift up to 20 lbs and safely assist students when needed (kneeling, bending, quick response)

Previous or active RBT® certification preferred
