Demonstrated leadership ability: Experience supervising, coaching, and holding staff accountable in education, youth development, community programming, or a comparable service-focused setting.
Strong student relationship skills: Ability to connect with students who have disengaged from school, establish trust, maintain professional boundaries, and hold students to clear expectations.
Operational and compliance discipline: Strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage documentation, review data, conduct internal audits, and follow through on corrective actions.
Community knowledge and initiative: Familiarity with Guadalupe and surrounding communities, with the ability and willingness to build partnerships, conduct outreach, and represent Elevated Education professionally.
Communication and technology skills: Ability to handle difficult conversations, communicate clearly with students and adults, and use student information systems, online learning platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
