Associate's degree required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered.
3-5 years of operations experience
3+ years of leadership experience managing frontline and supervisory employees.
Experience in a unionized environment, including employee relations, investigations, and grievance handling.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety programs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience managing operational budgets, workforce planning, and cost controls.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as business needs require.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
