At least 10 years of experience in construction quality, QA/QC, commissioning, or field engineering roles.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting mission-critical, industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction quality, including managing quality programs, inspections, audits, and contractor compliance.
At least 5 years of experience with QA/QC programs, inspections, and documentation management in large-scale construction environments.
At least 5 years of experience in turnover, startup, and commissioning readiness for complex facilities.
At least 7 years of experience overseeing installation, testing, and quality verification of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), controls, and telecommunications systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, commissioning processes, and construction quality programs.
Proven experience with commissioning, turnover readiness, closeout documentation, test reports, and operational acceptance processes.
Ability to develop and implement project quality plans and inspection programs.
Demonstrated capability in leading field inspections, quality audits, and non-conformance management.
Strong skills in reviewing and managing inspection records, test reports, torque logs, redlines, and as-built documentation.
Experience maintaining quality metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators for project reporting.
Experience working in client, hyperscale, or mission-critical construction environments.
Familiarity with large-scale data center construction environments and mission-critical operational requirements.
Experience supporting successful turnover of systems to Operations, including readiness assessments and acceptance reviews.
Experience managing punch lists, turnover packages, and closeout documentation for complex projects.
Personal protective equipment includes a Class 2 safety helmet, Class 2 or higher safety vest, cut and impact resistant gloves, ANSI Z87.1 or higher safety glasses or visor, and composite toe work boots made of leather or leather alternative that extend at least 4 inches above the ankle (no low-cut or sneaker style).
A Class 2 or higher reflective jacket suitable for cold and wet weather is also required.
