Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in industrial engineering manufacturing engineering, or a closely related field, with relevant coursework completed (e.g., operations research, statistics, systems design)
A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required.
Familiarity with programs like Excel, Minitab, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or simulation tools (e.g., Arena, Simio) used for process analysis and optimization
Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles
Strong quantitative and statistical skills; Ability to work with data, perform statistical analysis, and apply mathematical models to solve efficiency and productivity problems
