The salary range for this position is: $85,040 - $162,550.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

Bachelor's degree in Information Architecture, Information Management, Information Studies, Information Technology, Risk, Audit or related technical field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience. * OR Advanced degree in Information Architecture, Information Management, Information Studies, Risk, Audit, Information Technology or a related technical field with 2 years of experience in Information or Data related practices as noted above.

4 years of experience in Information or Data related practices to include: information governance, information management, Risk, Audit, information architecture, IT, analysis and reporting.

1 years of related work experience analyzing data governance issues and delivering data management solutions required, including documenting business workflow and managing data quality processes.

Extensive experience in data quality metrics, business rules and dashboards.

Knowledge of data governance frameworks, control environments, and data trust practices.

Experience with AI governance concepts, including generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, or emerging AI technologies.

Hands-on experience with Alation, Bigeye, or similar governance and observability platforms.

Experience working with structured and unstructured data assets across complex enterprise ecosystems.

Experience partnering with Audit, External Regulators, and Second Line of Defense (SLOD) teams to support governance oversight, regulatory compliance, risk management, and issue remediation

Experience within Banking, P&C; insurance, Life insurance, or financial services domains

US military experience gained through military service or gained as a military spouse / domestic partner.
