Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Required
Nine (9) plus years of Product Management/Product Ownership/Technical Business Analyst experience owning one or more products in an Agile, SaaS Technology environment, or other equivalent methodology.
Ability to manage a variety of business, IT and vendor resources including managing vendor deliverables based on agreed contracts and statements of work
Experience of working within an Agile environment, across multiple initiatives and circa 10+
* teams.
Proficient with Agile Product Management, Business Analysis and Business Process Mapping practices and tools.
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, ADO, JIRA, Confluence).
Certified Scrum Product Owner or related Product Owner / Product Manager Required.
SAFe Scrum Master Certification Required.
