High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
5+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
2+ years of leadership experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
Firm knowledge in Shipping/ Storage/ Warehousing HACCP and/or USDA policies
Proficient in safety best practices, policies, and standards
Effective computer skills with the ability to learn and apply new technologies
Ability to work varying shift hours
Occasionally climb and lift up to 50 pounds
This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing environment.
