The salary range for this position is: $93,770 - $179,240**.

Proficiency in interpreting and operationalizing Life and/or Annuity reinsurance treaty language.
Demonstrated ability to translate contractual terms into accurate administrative requirements, system configurations, or financial reconciliations.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including practical application of advanced features, and data analysis.****
Demonstrated experience managing complex reinsurance structures, including Funds Withheld (FW) arrangements and financial reinsurance (FinRe).
Direct involvement in the operational onboarding or administration of in-force block transactions (acquisitions or divestitures), including data migration, reconciliation, and treaty implementation.
3+ years of experience with accounting, financial data analysis and reconciliations.
2+ years of experience using Visual Basic, TAI.Net Queries, XML, and/or SQL.
Experience working with Oracle systems.
U.S. military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partnerundefined
